Bridging the gap between prompt engineering, brand storytelling, and post-production.

“ A modern, enterprise-grade brand logo for NORTHWIND, an edge-AI company built for industrial and energy operations at the frontier. Vector-style logo design, centered on a clean off-white studio background, presented as a brand identity sheet.> Concept: A precise geometric monogram fusing a stylized compass needle pointing north with a subtle wind-current arc and an implied signal/waveform — three frontier ideas (direction, force, intelligence) compressed into one quiet, confident symbol. The mark should feel ruggedized but refined: think Patagonia's restraint meets Palantir's technical confidence meets a Swiss instrumentation badg> Lockup: Custom geometric sans-serif wordmark "**NORTHWIND**" — uppercase, medium weight, generous tracking (~200), perfectly optically aligned, sitting either to the right of the symbol or directly beneath it on a basel”

AI does not exist in a vacuum.

To be effective, it must integrate with the tools professional teams already use. I design "hybrid" pipelines that feed Generative AI outputs directly into the Adobe Creative Cloud ecosystem, bridging the gap between raw generation and polished final delivery. I also use AI in my day-to-day work. Beyond the creative side, there is the business side.

My Workflow Architecture:

  • Efficiency Automation: Reducing routine asset creation time by 70% through AI-assisted workflows, freeing up creative teams for high-value strategy.

  • Documentation: creating clear SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for creative teams to adopt AI tools effectively and safely.

AI Strategy, Ethics, & Governance

Innovation requires guardrails. As a Lead, my role extends beyond creation to curation and compliance. I partner with legal, brand, and security teams to establish frameworks for the Responsible Use of AI. I ensure that all generated content adheres to copyright standards and diversity guidelines, protecting the brand's integrity while pushing creative boundaries.

Leadership Focus:

  • Brand Safety: Rigorous filtering of outputs to prevent hallucination or off-brand artifacts.

  • Team Enablement: Mentoring creative teams on prompt engineering best practices and the ethical implications of AI.

  • Trend Analysis: Constant R&D into emerging models (Sora, Veo, 3D Generative) to keep the organization ahead of the curve.

Multimedia Expertise and Digital Strategy

With a background in video production, content strategy, and digital asset management, I craft campaigns that increase visibility and drive engagement. From motion graphics and digital campaigns to optimizing creative workflows, I elevate communications through a combination of creativity and efficiency. I have also set up and managed Digital Asset Management systems for Semester at Sea, Icario, and Cisco Systems.

Performance, Tracking, and Improvement

I monitor usage, measure performance, and track stakeholder feedback to assess the effectiveness of materials. Insights drive continuous refinement of messaging, templates, and workflows to improve results and stakeholder satisfaction.

Professional Identity and Impact

Organized, adaptable, and solutions-oriented, I thrive in fast-paced environments. My creative problem-solving and strategic mindset support both execution and long-term planning. I have worked with top organizations and consistently deliver engaging multimedia assets that are recognized for their quality and impact.

Working directly with Adam as a Marketing Assistant and Videographer was a great opportunity for growth in my career as a young professional. Adam is an organized, consistent manager who also knows how to be hands off and allow the people he managers creative freedom and autonomy. He was always supportive and gave detailed, intentional feedback on each project I created. It was awesome to work with him!
— Brooke Buchan, Semester At Sea
As Adam’s former peer and then manager at Cisco, I was continually impressed with Adam’s prowess as a multimedia producer. From the start, Adam significantly elevated the quality of our team’s customer-training videos, which was testament both to his talent and experience as well as his commitment to team collaboration. In addition to his 20+ years of MMD experience, Adam brought a strong marketing background to the role as well as a keen eye for getting the most out of our team’s tools. But perhaps what I will remember most is Adam’s personable nature – he was often the first person I turned to when I needed help (and I turned to him often).

If you are on the hunt for someone who is deeply dedicated to video quality and who also has a heart of gold, Adam is your man.
